What Is “Un-Stuck Mindset”?

Un-Stuck Mindset is about being brutally honest—with your habits, excuses, patterns, and potential.
If you’re unhappy with your body, your health, your energy, your mindset... if you’re tired of your own shit…
the time is now…it’s time to commit, to focus, and to be patient.

No one is coming to save you.
Not a diet. Not a supplement. Not a 6-week challenge.

This brand, this work, this space—it’s not built for comfort.
It’s built for accountability. We are here to help you understand that this journey you’re on will not be perfect, and it will be hard. We are here to offer support, structure, and sustainability, and to tell you that you are capable of doing hard shit.

You want better? You fight for it.
You commit to yourself and your own damn journey.
Your journey doesn’t have to be perfect—it never will be—but with commitment, consistency, and patience, it will reap great benefits.
Only you can Un-Stuck yourself.

Meet Your Coach

I’m your Coach Crystal, or Crys for short—no fluff, no filters, just real wellness for real people.

I’m a certified NASM Wellness & Nutrition Coach, but what matters more is this:
I’ve lived it.
I’ve been stuck. In my body. In my head. In survival mode.
And I fought my way out.

I didn’t build Un-Stuck Mindset from a place of perfection.
I built it from experience—through my own weight loss journey, through setbacks, through wins, and through the gritty in-between.

I’ve lost weight, gained it back, fought with my own excuses, and learned the hard way that wellness isn’t a finish line—it’s a lifetime of choices. I’m still on my journey, and I always will be. That’s the point.

I make no claims of being perfect in any of the wellness domains I coach—movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery, or sleep. And I don’t expect perfection from you either. What I expect—and what I’ll push you toward—is commitment, honesty, and effort.

This isn’t about easy fixes or chasing flawless. It’s about building strength, resilience, and the kind of consistency that actually sticks. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a mindset shift.

I’ll meet you where you are. I’ll walk the path with you. And I’ll remind you—again and again—that only you can un-stick yourself.

👉 No perfection. No filters. Just progress.

“Embarrassment is the cost of entry. If you are not willing to be a foolish beginner, you will never be a graceful master.”
